Experience

For the past 10 years, I have had the privilege of walking with people in a variety of settings and roles. These include mentoring, teaching, spiritual discipleship, private-practice counseling, and leadership in non-profit organizations. I have found that varied experience has deepened and enriched my desire and ability to walk with people through difficult transitions in life.

As a Colorado native, I am thankful to work with people in this particular culture after several years in other states for study and work. I live in Boulder with my husband and am thankful to be surrounded by a rich community, grateful for the challenge and growth of my own transitions.

Approach

I am committed to working with people from a holistic perspective, recognizing our deep integration of mind, body, spirit, emotions and relationships. My goal will be to offer you great care with this integrative approach so that you might walk towards health and relational intimacy.
